A project in which Verdejo, in its maximum expression, is the protagonist of a story that is written from the earth for history.

Heirs of a five-century year-old winemaking tradition, at Ossian we work to recover an exceptional heritage reflected in a unique vineyard and unique preparations that express the potential of the Segovian Verdejo.

We believe in this exceptional raw material to produce white wine for ageing, with the capacity to evolve, recovering the essence of genuine Verdejo and fully expressing itself. We always look to respect the raw material and its origin. Winemaking processes are selected according to the type of soil and the characteristics of the vineyard.
